Mount Street, Mayfair

As lead consultant and project architects we worked on a number of feasibility studies for the re-modelling of this Grade II listed apartment. At just over 2,700.0 sq.ft, this substantial apartment is set out over three floors.

Once a scheme had been agreed with the client, we prepared and submitted the successful planning and listed building applications.

We prepared the detailed design and construction drawings including the remodelling and extension of the fourth floor together with the insertion of a new steel frame and glass lift within the lightwell of the building.
