Bickerdike Allen Partners have been appointed for Phase Two of the extension and refurbishment of this 44,000 sq.ft, Grade II listed building.
Our appointment as Lead Consultant includes the preparation and submission of further Listed Building applications along with tender and construction information.
The main property is located on Chesterfield Gardens and is linked to the property on Chesterfield Street with a new double storey basement.
The basement works include a new swimming pool, car lift for 6 vehicles, gym and cinema. Whilst the works to the main house include the demolition and creation of two new upper floors and a new conservatory with an internal aquarium feature at third floor.
The work to the Chesterfield Street house has required a new listed building application, which has been approved for the new internal lift.
Works have commenced on site and are due for completion 2019.
