BAP were appointed for the design, planning consent and construction information for the refurbishment and extension of this substantial Grade II listed property in St Johns Wood.

The development completed summer 2015 created two new double storey basements at the rear and front of the property.

The work included the refurbishment of the Grade II listed house.

The completed house and basements totaled 11,000 sq.ft.

The rear basement at 3,500 sq.ft houses the swimming pool; gymnasium and steam room with a new garden above.

The front basement accommodates a billiard room; home cinema and a wine room together with the staff accommodation.
