Repton Street

Repton Street, Tower Hamlets was a new build residential scheme with 86 mixed tenure units and a community centre. The building is an in-situ concrete frame; masonry cladding and ribbon glass walling with full length metal balconies and timber sliding screens.

As the Contractor’s lead consultant for team we undertook a major internal re-design to meet Newlon’s requirements but without the requirement to apply for a new planning consent. Along with the re-design of the development, we were able to identify the opportunity to revise the sustainable strategy and create more space internally for the flats and still achieve “Very Good”  EcoHomes rating.
