Eccleston Square

The project was the conversion of a Grade II listed property from offices to residential. Our scheme created 6 new substantial apartments over the 6 floors of the building, with duplex units on lower ground and ground floor. BAP’s scope included feasibility studies; the design dealing with planning and listed building issues, and the co-ordination of the design team through the preparation of construction information and works on site.
