Bickerdike Allen Partners designed and secured the planning consent for the refurbishment and extension of No. 2 Cheyne Row.
We subsequently prepared the construction and tender information and acted as the Contract Administrator for the works on site.
The project included the creation of a new basement extension covering the footprint of the site, re-planning of the ground and first floor along with a new staircase; extension at roof level and new glass roof to the courtyard.
The works were completed May 2014.
