Hermes Street

Our client had gained planning consent for this challenging mixed use scheme in Pentonville. We were then appointed as lead consultants, and together with the client updated the design and layouts to maximise the quality of the proposed office and residential spaces.

The works required the retention of elements of the existing building along with the integration of a new steel frame and in-situ concrete floors and basement. The development achieved BREEAM excellent level in energy credits and incorporated a number of sustainable technologies including roof mounted PV.

Construction started in July 2016 and was successfully completed in October 2018.
