Moduloft has been highly commended in the Offsite Construction Awards 2017, for its part in the renovation and extension of a two-storey apartment at the top of a Grade II listed property in Montagu Square, central London. Moduloft was appointed by BAP after the owners of the property decided to create a garden room to add to their penthouse apartment. The new roof level structure, complete with external and internal finishes, was built at a factory by Moduloft, delivered to Marylebone, and then craned into position in just a few days. Traditional methods would have required the complete scaffolding of the building, causing major disruption to the residents of the floors below and significant cost for our client. Moduloft received the “Highly Commended” award in the Product Innovation category.
