Queen Street

Bickerdike Allen Partners were appointed along with Blush Design to prepare the design and subsequent planning application for the extension and refurbishment of this Grade II listed property in Mayfair. The works will include new basement level with swimming pool and staff accommodation together with new rear structure to accommodate a gym; haman and music room. The scheme received planning and listed building consent December 2013. Works started on site Summer 2014.
