BAP are responsible for the design, planning consent and construction information for the refurbishment and extension of this substantial Grade II listed property in St Johns Wood. The development due for completion summer 2014 will create two new double storey basements at the rear and front of the property. The work will also include the refurbishment of the Grade II listed house. The complete house and basements will total 11,000 sq.ft. The rear basement at 3,500 sq.ft will house the swimming pool; gymnasium and steam room with a new garden above. The front basement will accommodate a billiard room; home cinema and a wine room together with staff accommodation.
